Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95 to anywhere within Canada. Shipping is waived on orders over $75.00.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment and are shipped via Canada Post or Loomis Express. You should receive your order within 1-7 business days depending on where you are located. Note: these times are not guaranteed and may take a little longer depending on the situation, we do not have any control over this.

We do not ship to a PO Box, please contact us to make other arrangements.

Local Pick-up or Delivery

If you live in Calgary and would like to pick-up your order or have it delivered, please select Calgary area from the drop down bar. We will then arrange a time that is convienent for both parties for pick up or drop off. Our delivery minimums are $35.00, please contact us if you have any questions! We occasionally deliver to Airdrie, please contact us for more details.

Price Match

We will match any advertised price on products that we carry in our store. Just send us a link of the item and we will be happy to match it. This is only valid on other Canadian websites or businesses. We cannot match any price that goes below the guidelines that the manufacturer has set as we would be breaking our contract with them.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us before returning any product. Any shipping charges for the return will not be reimbursed. We accept returns if they are unused and unwashed within 30 days of purchase. Contact the manufacturing company if you have received any diapers that have defects. Please note that clearance items are a final sale.

Consultations

If you would like to see what products we offer and try different styles on, we can arrange a free consultation with no pressure to buy. We can even come and visit you in your own home. Book a consultation and you will receive 10% off your first purchase!

Special Orders

If we don't have a specific colour or size that you wanted and it is available by the manufacturer, then contact us and we can make arrangements to special order it for you. It will take between 2-3 weeks for the order to come in.

Gift Registries

We would love to provide you with all your cloth diapering needs before your baby arrives! Just pick out all the items that you would like to receive and we will do the rest! If we don't have the print that you want let us know and we will try our best to order it for you. You will also receive a complimentary gift of your choice (up to a $20.00 value) with a minimum amount purchased ($149.99). Contact Krista@sweetlittlebottoms.com for more details.

Privacy

We respect and value your privacy and will not release or sell your personal information to any third party. Your address and phone numbers are used to process your order and nothing further. None of your credit card information is stored with us, it is all process securely with Paypal and we do not receive any of this information.
